Create New Administration Record...

The "Create New AdministrationRecord..." command provides a tool for the client to create a new record in the database. Note that it does not allow the client to assign storage items to the new record, as the assignment of storage items is strictly controlled by copyseis ltd. When used, the "Create New Well..." command brings up a simple dialog requesting the Company Name, Department, and Box Number for the new record.

Entering the company name, department, and box number, and then pressing the "OK" button results in the record being created in the database. It is then displayed in the normal "View | Adminstration Record..." dialog box for further editing.
