Upload Files To Copyseis Ltd...

The "Upload files to Copyseis Ltd..." command provides a method for transfering one or more files from a client's personal computer to the copyseis ltd. server. When chosen, the command creates a dialog box that asks for the name of a copyseis staff member to inform that the file transfer has taken place. InView will automatically generate an email message informing the chosen staff member of the file transfer. It is not permitted to transfer a file to the copyseis server without announcing it in this way. In InView versions authorised to view more than one client database, the name of the client database can also be chosen. This will specify where the file will be uploaded to, as each client has their own upload site.

Once the copyseis staff member and (optionally) the client name are chosen, dismiss the dialog by pressing the "Upload" button.
Next the standard Windows Open file dialog box appears. This is used to select the file(s) to be transfered.

Select the file(s) to be transferred and dismiss this dialog by pressing the "Open" button. File transfer will then proceed. A final dialog box will appear to announce the completion of the transfer.
